This henchmen generator uses a modified "grid" system to determine ability scores (with standard 3d6 rolling mechanic).
It is intended that each generated character is organic, rather than optimized. You may get wizards with a strength of 18,
or fighters with a strength of 4. Ability scores will be weighted generally towards the most optimal choices, but
by and large you cannot depend on min-maxing of any sort.
I think it's more fun this way.
